Telepstore (telep.store) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details, only to process orders, deliver them and give support.
Payments: handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
Who we share it with: only the couriers, payment processors and platform providers (Shopify) needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it: only as long as needed for orders, legal and tax purposes.
Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing telepstore@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
