Change of mind: You may cancel your order and return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging (for hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and makeup cannot be returned for change of mind). You cover the return shipping. We refund you within 10 business days of receiving the item, to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: If your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 6 months. We will repair, replace or refund it, at your choice, and cover the return cost.
How to return: Email telepstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos if the item is damaged.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
